We met with Tyler after being referred to him from Zillow. He was able to arrange a showing on 3 houses for us on a short notice. We worked with him on placing offers on 2 houses, and continued to work with him after one of our offers were accepted. He took us through all the paperwork and assisted with finding us qualified people to handle the inspection and repairs that needed to be done. Tyler was highly communicative through the entire process and always available. I highly recommend him for anyone else looking in this area!

It would not be possible for Tyler to have been any better at selling our house. He was referred to us by our friend and neighbor, whose house Tyler also sold very quickly. He is super friendly and accessible, highly focused and really knows what he's doing. He created a very effective listing and sold our house to the first family that saw it at a full price cash offer in one weekend. Going through the closing process and completing escrow was a snap. He kept everyone moving forward in-step. Too bad we moved out of the area or we would be doing more business with Tyler.

If you read no more of this review, stop your search now Tyler is the realtor for you. He is not pushy, friendly, supportive but will fight for you when needed. My wife and I met Tyler after scouring Zillow reviews in preparation to buy our first home. After using one realtor before we were over critical with each person we read about or met with which makes us that much more impressed with how Tyler has treated us. Tyler puts in the time nights and weekends to find and email us beautiful properties but never forced us to accept or even look at a property that was not perfect. He treated the process as if he was purchasing the home and would give his advice when prompted otherwise would allow us to form our own opinions. I can comfortably say Tyler is someone you want on your side. He has made the process enjoyable for us and really made us feel like we were the most important people by not letting the other side take advantage of us or for picking up the phone at odd hours and debating if we can live with a particular kitchen layout. Finding a realtor is tough as we found out so I hope if you are reading this you are on the upswing of a lot of stressful nights and you can get the right person in your corner.
